The Interviewer Series

I wanted to write to everyone with what is going to be happening with the newsletter over the coming days.

One of the key aspects that I was looking at with this space is to provide a space for interviewers, interview teams as well as hiring managers; to come and learn in how to better interview.

In order to offer this space in more detail, I will be writing an article a day, for the next 30 days, going through the entire interview process with key tips and guidance. I will cover a lot of different areas including:

  • Running great interviews

  • Body language in interviews

  • Providing Feedback

  • The art of interview questions

  • And much much more

Starting this week will be the first edition. My aim is that all the articles will continue to be free but that I can help interviewers ensure they have a better experience. That interviewers can assess better. Helping companies hire better.
